Pair of Large Antique Sac a Perles Wall Lights Stunning Large pair of Sac a Perles Wall Lights dating to 1930, the back plates being chrome are extremely reflective and when the light is switched on the bulb throws light across the crystals and they sparkle all the colours of the rainbow. A lovely design of light, the backplate screws neatly to the wall, the bulb is enclosed by 6 rows of graduated octagonal drops and rectangular faceted drops and this bag section is attached to a pretty brass semi circular frame with accanthus detail and terminates in a pretty finial to the base with a gorgeous brass motif of 2 bellflowers and a double wheat sheaf. The slender neck consists of 6 rows of graduated octagonal drops dressing a pretty accanthus foliate pediment which is surmounted by a brass thistle. Simple and very elegant and a little larger than normal.
